“The women who believed in me didn’t try to shape me. They recognized what was already there - and showed me how to do the same for others. That’s how belief survives.”
About Me
My work is rooted in a simple truth: most women rise because someone else saw something in them first. I'm here to help women borrow that belief when they need it, and become the kind of women who lift others while they climb.
I know, firsthand, that no woman rises alone. Behind every step she has taken, there were women who noticed something in her before she could name it herself. Mentors. Mothers. Teachers.
Bosses. Friends. Extraordinary Ordinary Women.

What I Do
"Just from seeing her, I want to be more like her. Not to have her life or do what she’s doing,
but to notice people better and feel confident enough to say something encouraging.” -Meghan

"This powerful memoir traces Mandy K. Crosby’s journey from a lost and uncertain teenager to a woman standing tall in her purpose thanks to the extraordinary ordinary women who believed in her when she couldn’t believe in herself.
They were mentors, mothers, teachers, bosses, and friends each leaving an indelible mark. Some stayed for years; others appeared for moments. But all helped shape Mandy into the leader, mother, and woman she is today.
With heart, humor, and hard-earned wisdom, Mandy shares the lessons these women taught her: that leadership invites adversity but demands courage anyway; that being lifted doesn’t weaken you, it strengthens you to lift others; and that one conversation, one act of belief, can change the entire course of a life."
